System Commentary:
It seems like the Brewers have an average system here, with a good balance of impact and depth. I like the top of the system quite a bit, as I was high on Franklin and Skaggs before the 2010 season began. I'm not sure I'm as high as most on Wimmers. One thing I want to point out is the system's mid-range prospects, which includes a bunch of MLB-ready talent (FMart, Rivas, Tazawa, Turner, Chirinos). Those five should at least be able to hold down backup roles for the foreseeable future, and I haven't lost all faith in Martinez yet. The back-end of the system is interesting, as there are a few guys in Familia/Crawford/Valle that could jump up to higher grades in the next couple of years.
